EMB Management’s Role
In the planning stages of the project, EMB provided routing and construct ability services for initial design. Once in execution, EMB provided project management services for the project including material procurement, budget and schedule tracking, RFP development, stakeholder engagement and coordination of resources. EMB also provided engineering oversight for the project including assurance of minimum depth of cover and pressure test verification.
