Project Summary
The purpose of this project was to replace the existing pit station at 6th West Street and Mahon Avenue, North Vancouver. The project scope also included pipeline reconfiguration, including a 12” permanent bypass installation, a replacement of a 16” IP valve and the installation of electron stops.

EMB Management’s Role
In this project, EMB provided Project Management, Engineering Design for the pipeline portion, and Construction Oversight. The project management services included material procurement, budget and schedule tracking, RFP development, stakeholder engagement and coordination of resources. The Engineering Design included issuing IFC package and Record Drawings, as well as providing field support.
